“Dr. Kokinakis is cutting edge (no pun intended) in ophthalmic diagnosis and treatment, including cataract surgery, which is how I know her. She is totally well-qualified, professional, personable. Prior to surgery, I needed reading glasses, 3.25 strength to read newspapers or books. Post-op I can read either without glasses, but 1.5 strength reading glasses make it easier. Night driving seems perfectly normal now. I am so pleased with Dr. Kokinakas and the result of her surgeries. Also, her staff is equally professional and friendly, and helpful. I recommend her and Beaufort Eye Center without reservation.”

Dr. Webster has a professional and confidential air about him that relaxes you right away. He explains what he will be doing and then listens to any questions or concerns you might have going into surgery. This was my first cataract surgery as well as my first surgery in over 30 years so I started out very nervous. But within minutes I felt I was in good hands. He asked how I felt and if it was what I wanted, which were questions I hadn’t expected. After which he explained thoroughly what he was going to be doing and what the possible side effects or outcomes might be. By the Grace of God my surgery on both eyes was perfect. Between the staff in his office and the nurses at the hospital, I knew I was in good hands. I would recommend Dr. Webster to everyone, who is looking for a surgeon that is professional, knowledgeable, warm-hearted, and aware that his gift comes from God.

My experience with Dr. Webster was amazing. My cataract surgery went very well and I can’t believe how well I can see – even better than before I developed cataracts! All staff members at the Beaufort Eye Center are friendly, professional, and efficient. It was easy to call and talk to a staff member or have a call returned in a short amount of time. Dr. Kokinakis is not only personable, but is very careful in her assessment so she is confident she is doing the right thing for your eyes. Dr. K is very supportive and talks you through the surgery process calmly so you are more focused on what she us saying to you than what she us doing to your eyeballs. Dr. K also makes herself available if you have concerns at any time before or after surgery.
